Hi. This is a comfortable, lightweight, shirt that fits me well. The size “Large” works well on my 170 lb, 5’11” frame. It hangs well and is not too tight or restrictive around the shoulders and armpit. One point to note though, and this is not a bad thing, is that the sleeves on the long sleeve shirt I received are quite long. I usually wear a 34-35” sleeve length in a dress shirt and the sleeves on this shirt breaks at the bottom joint of my thumb(s). While it is okay for me, I am sharing this observation with you as a “Just so you know” / “FYI”.The takeaway is that I am pleased with the cut and feel of this (red and blue) shirt and enjoy wearing it on kick back weekends. It is a casual, nowhere near serious, shirt that can, will, make it a fun gift. For a time in the spring, I like to wear long sleeve shirts open with a T-shirt.(See picture) Rather than being an "undershirt," it's a way of layering for the fickle weather in March and April in New England. The SSLR Mens Striped T Shirt's cotton is soft and breathes while at the same time, it's a barrier against the outside world, and it acts as an additional layer when the weather turns cooler and I have to button up; yet it won't be hot with a short sleeve T. The thick and thin offset stripes is an interesting pattern for sailing through the day wearing a bit of fun. The collar lining is thick enough so that the shirt doesn't sag at the neck. (See picture.)The biggest worry with this shirt was the risk of an uncomfortable seam, but it's flat on both sides and you barely notice it when on.
